Flow cytometry atlas part 1

This presentation is the first part of the flow cytometry atlas of normal human bone marrow explored by the french group GTLLF. Il reports on a panel of 4 colour combinations analyzed in a very systematized way. This presentation provides patterns of the coexpression of all markers combinations, together with the relevant CD45/SSC scattergram. The following parts of this atlas will provide more information on maturation arcs for the major lineages of hematopoiesis.
