Flow cytometry atlas

Here are the four parts of the flow cytometry atlas of normal human bone marrow explored by the french group GTLLF. Il reports on a 12 tubes panel of 4 colour combinations analyzed in a very systematized way. Part one provides a description of the patterns observed for polymorphonuclears (in red), monocytes(in green), lymphocytes (in magenta) and the area of hematopoietic maturation that we called "bermudes" (in cyan) in biparametric scattergrams.
Parts 2, 3 and 4 provide a more detailed analysis of maturation patterns for the three lineages, using backgating and cross gating with reference to the CD45/SSC scattergram.
